Respond a Eternitic ticket
If Eternitic technician Ticket answered his query but requires additional clarification can access the Client Area , section My support tickets show it on screen and clicking on Reply .
You can also reply to the message that has come to an email account, thus the answer will remain attached to the same ticket.
No new posts generates request to address an issue that has already been discussed above. When you click onReply will reopen your message and technicians can view the above clarification on the subject.
